If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can email us at support@thecozyelement.com and we will analyze your case and inform you if we can proceed with a refund.
If you received a defective item, kindly email us and send photos of your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs will be covered from your side. We will gladly proceed with a refund after we receive the faulty item.
Kindly keep in mind that you will need to inform us about your case within 2 days after receiving your package.
